This year’s BET Awards was long anticipated and is now even more anticipated since the passing of one of our GREATEST Black Entertainers. Michael Jackson embodies BLACK ENTERTAINMENT, he has taken the meaning of that word combination to a whole new level. And with a little over two days to REMIX the show (hopefully) everyone is patiently waiting to see what the organizers of the BET Awards has put together. The last sentence is an assumption but at the same time it’s a no brainer that BET will compulsively add a segment or segments to their BIGGEST YEARLY EVENT to honor the late GREAT, musical magician. All over the web the buzz is constantly increasing. You can feel it in the air. There can be absolutely no mess ups tonight especially because everyone is still on the edge. BOW WOW in his reaction to Michael’s premature death mentioned that no one will even be in the right state of mind to watch the award show “no one cares about that now”. . . Well I wana think that the whole world will considering that BET..BLACK ENTERTAINMENT TELEVISION … NOT MTV.. accidently was left with the ball in their court to hold the first LARGE internationally televised show in honor of the GREAT.. This means a little more pressure on Jamie Foxx the host of this year’s show because i’m also sure that he did a few erase and replace in the script that he had planned for the evening. Anyway these are just my thoughts on what may or may not happen tonight. .. let’s see. .
